Minerals are divided into two groups, namely major minerals and trace minerals. Major minerals are the minerals needed by the body in an amount greater than 100 mg per day. While trace minerals are minerals that the body needs in small amounts or less than 100 mg per day.

Mineral Elements And Benefits - Friends of AR-TEG and gentlemen, this time I will discuss about mineral elements and benefits. Unsural mineral elements can be classified into macro elements (makroelemen) and micro elements (microelements). Makroelemen the elements required by living organisms in large numbers, such as sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) magnesium (Mg), chlorine (Cl), and beleran (S). Plants take minerals from the soil. Minerals are the result of the host rock and mineralization of organic matter. 
Microelements consists of iodine (I), fluorine (F), copper (Cu) and iron (Fe). This element is required in very small quantities. If this element is not there, there will be abnormalities in the body Functions. Microelements addition, there are also elements of tracer (trace elements) needed by the body in very small amounts.
